Sweat, Smile, Repeat: A Journey Through Movement​

Growing up with an Olympic athlete for a dad and a childhood filled with ballet and jazz dance, I developed a natural rhythm and deep understanding of body movement. These days, I channel that energy into my yoga, Pilates, spinning, and HIIT classes. My goal? To make every session both challenging and fun—because fitness should make you sweat, but it should also make you smile. I don’t take myself too seriously, but you can count on me to push you to your limits while keeping the good vibes rolling!

As a certified Pilates instructor, I teach both Mat and Reformer Pilates, offering personalized sessions that cater to all levels.

I specialize in private 1-on-1 sessions, where I tailor each class to the individual, making sure every movement serves both the body and the soul. I also love bringing yoga to businesses, creating energizing sessions that are as fun as they are restorative.

Teaching Rhythm Cycling is where I pour my heart and soul into every class. There’s truly nothing like the energy that fills the room when the music drops, and the pedals start moving.

Ready for a challenge? My High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes are 45 minutes of non-stop strength and cardio, fueled by music that keeps you going. You’ll feel like you're about to die halfway through, but the post-workout high is totally worth it.
