Sweat, Smile, Repeat: A Journey Through Movement
Growing up with an Olympic athlete for a dad and a childhood filled with ballet and jazz dance, I developed a natural rhythm and deep understanding of body movement. These days, I channel that energy into my yoga, Pilates, spinning, and HIIT classes. My goal? To make every session both challenging and fun—because fitness should make you sweat, but it should also make you smile. I don’t take myself too seriously, but you can count on me to push you to your limits while keeping the good vibes rolling!
